Contact Us for Record Routing

Clark County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, arrange a release, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. For an official answer, use the public office that created or holds the record.

Official Clark County Record Contacts

Use the office that matches the question. Clark County Department of Jail Services operates the Main Jail, while the Sheriff's Public Disclosure Unit handles the Sheriff's public-record route. A booking photo is not promised through either channel because the county treats confined-person records as confidential apart from the public register.

Jail Records

Government contacts and official search paths are separated below so a request reaches the correct record custodian.

  • For current adult county custody or a same-day release view, begin with the official Jail Roster and Recent Releases tables. A roster result does not include a public booking-photo field.
  • For a Clark County Sheriff's report or a tailored disclosure request, use the Public Disclosure Unit. The first response under RCW 42.56.520 is due within five business days, but that is not a promise that every requested record can be released.
  • For an incident report created by Vancouver, Camas, or Battle Ground police, contact the department that created the report rather than Jail Services.
  • For a court outcome after an arrest, use the Clark County Clerk and the appropriate Superior or District Court record path. Booking charges can change, and court disposition controls the outcome.
  • For a person in state-prison custody, use WA DOC Incarcerated Search. For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP locator or ICE locator.
  • For a warrant concern, the county's limited official routes and safety guidance appear on Sheriff's Most Wanted. Do not rely on an unofficial listing to determine legal status.
